Description
The Sheep Granny Square Blanket is so cute with fabulous texture! Â A crocheted circle creates the lamb face and body which is then squared in order to sew together at the end. Â Bold texture is provided by working a fuzzy yarn into unused front loops on the front side of the square to create the woolly lamb texture. Â Blanket is created with 9 squares sewn together – mix and match the plain circles with the sheep squares or make with only sheep squares – you choose!

Lamb ears and legs are crocheted separately and then sewn to the blanket, optional button eyes are sewn to blanket but you could certainly embroider eyes instead.
Approximate finished size: Â blanket finished size = 30″ x 30″ (each square measures 10″ x 10″)
Use the base square to make pillows or a cute little bag – lots of possibilities!
